Amy believes that high-functioning, engaged teams begin with smart hiring and thoughtful onboarding practices. With the right team in place, continued training and development keeps the team operating at its highest potential.  Dedicated to continuous learning, Amy has coached numerous leadership teams through ICC’s Accelerator™ Program. She uses her natural humor to connect with clients on an authentic level, and she loves her work. Her obvious passion for helping individuals and teams succeed translates into dynamic and productive sessions for her clients.

Prior to joining ICC, Amy worked for a large global retailer for more than 20 years as a general manager and trainer. She led the opening of numerous stores; hiring, training and developing staffs of up to 120 people. Amy has trained and developed individuals with wide ranging responsibilities from front-line service workers to middle managers to store managers.

In her role at ICC, she has worked with clients from a varied range of industries and at all levels from within those organizations.
