Darren Kanthal leverages 20+ years of experience to enable his clients to create exceptional results.  With a unique, unapologetic, yet compassionate and empathetic style, he is intensely passionate about coaching leaders to cut through the BS, do the foundational work, and achieve their greatness. Darren coaches his clients to look holistically at their careers and to create and leverage values-driven action plans. 

Darren has partnered with clients such as Caerus Oil & Gas, Revgen Partners, and the State of Colorado, among other Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Prior to consulting, Darren held a variety of leadership roles, such as Head of Talent Acquisition, Program Manager, and People Operations in various industries. 

Darren is an ICF Certified Professional Coach, a Certified Co-Active Coach, and a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach. He is also certified in DiSC and is PHR Certified (Professional in Human Resources). He graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics. He is an outdoors adventurer, live music lover, dog dad, and New Yorker.
