Serge’s executive coaching clients typically seek his services to foster alignment with their team and grow their company, raise their personal franchise within the organization, and re-position themselves in the job market.  Before becoming a certified executive coach, he built a 40-year career in Engineering, Banking, and International Development. His coaching is inspired by solid skills acquired in building, grooming, mentoring and leading global and regional teams and developing emerging leaders across multiple continents. From Finance to Fintech and Private Equity, Serge is familiar with various industries and is fluent in French (native), English, and Spanish, with a working knowledge of Portuguese.

A lifelong learner, he constantly enriches his knowledge base with new tools and methodologies acquired in Neuroscience, Presence-based Coaching, Leadership Coaching, and Team Coaching.
