ICC: Innovate. Coach. Consult. Seeks Pilot Participants for Brilliant Career, a New Technology-Based Career Transition Platform
April 16, 2020, Denver, CO – ICC: Innovate. Coach. Consult. (ICC, Inc.), a global outplacement, talent management and organizational effectiveness firm, is looking for job seekers to participate in piloting Brilliant Career, their soon-to-be launched virtual outplacement solution. ICC, Inc. will pilot the program to 30 participants.
“Prior to the COVID-19 crisis, we were pushing the outplacement envelope with the development of our newest product, Brilliant Career. As we were thrust into these turbulent economic times alongside our clients, we’ve made the decision to bring this innovative product to the marketplace quicker than anticipated. With Brilliant Career, we can support many more job seekers in what may be their darkest moments” adds Shawna Simcik, ICC Inc.’s President of Business Leadership.
Participants selected will be given access to dynamic and exclusive learning content from two outplacement modules within the Brilliant Career platform. Upon completion, participants will provide feedback on the platform, content and overall user experience in correspondence to the following modules:
